About Ken Neibaur


With over 20 years of hands-on experience as a travel designer and luxury agency manager, a prior background in executive management, and a lifetime of travel to all seven continents, Valley View Travel owner Ken Neibaur is uniquely qualified to orchestrate your journeys.


Throughout his career, Ken has built a remarkable reputation grounded in expertise, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. He began his retail travel journey at Palo Alto’s legendary Cardoza-Bungey Travel in 2004 after leaving a two-decade management career in travel advertising and Internet marketing. As manager he later helped steer the sale of the Palo Alto agency to the Worldview Travel brand, and later transitioned to Southern California to lead support for Travel Edge in the Western USA, all the while managing his own large luxury travel portfolio. He is a Travel Edge Platinum Top Perfomer and was named Premier Advisor of the Year.  In a move to begin a “third chapter” of his career, he stepped down from Travel Edge management in early 2026 to focus on his own client business under Valley View Travel, LLC, an affiliate of Travel Edge. 


Ken is a native of Michigan’s beautiful Upper Michigan and has called California home since 1990. .  In 2004 Ken completed two years of retail and destination travel studies at Foothill College prior to entering the business. He is a Certified Travel Associate (CTA), a member of San Diego PROST, and an ITMI-certified tour leader. An accomplished world traveler, he resides with his husband Adam in San Diego and Palm Springs.
